Invest in Maine’s Next Generation of Civic and Business Leaders
Every November, approximately 200 of Maine’s brightest high school students gather at the Augusta State House for an immersive, three-day experience in State government. As the only youth civic education program in Maine with full access to the Augusta State House, Youth and Government provides high schoolers with real-world experience in public speaking, critical thinking, legislative procedure, and civil debate.
When your business sponsors Youth and Government, you are directly funding statewide youth access and investing in Maine’s future workforce and leaders.
Why Partner with Maine Youth and Government?
- Statewide Brand Exposure: Reach hundreds of Maine families, educators, community leaders and future professionals.
- Workforce & Leadership Development: Help young Mainers build essential career skills in negotiation, compromise, research, analysis, and communication.
- Keep Participation Fees Reasonable: Your support allows students from any high school in Maine to participate by offsetting the costs of hotel, meals, and transportation.
